J Myszka Lewis: Florals is presented by Integrated Art Group in the Aventine building on Madison’s Eastside. This exhibition features four series of work from recent years in which I deconstruct and repeat botanical imagery to discuss ornament, impermanence, mindfulness, and the comfort found in repetition.

The exhibition will be open to the public on Friday evening, November 3, 2023, during Madison’s Gallery Night, otherwise, it is only open for building residents or by appointment. Please contact Integrated Art Group at info@integratedartllc.com to set up a viewing.

The Shape of Time presents side-by-side exhibitions by J Myszka Lewis and Lauren Harlowe. Our world is full of symbols of cycles of life and death, growth and regrowth, and consistency alongside change. These themes are explored through silhouettes, graphic patterns, and nature’s rhythms in Harlowe’s paintings and through tangled still lifes and gardens of repeated patterns in Lewis’s mixed-media work.
